This 2nd-floor apartment without elevator has a furnished terrace with views on the urbanisation. The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, a television and a dining table with enough chairs for everybody.
The kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob and all basic utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed and a wardrobe and two with two single beds each (one of them has a wardrobe). There is one separate toilet and one bathroom with a shower, both for general use. On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided for the smallest visitors.
The beach of Miramar is relatively quiet and ideal for families with children. It is also a good place to do surfing. In the surrounding area you will find all important services like supermarket, restaurants and shops. Nearby, there are other beaches such as Piles Daimus, Oliva and Gandia. The apartment is about 13km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova. For some culture, you might want to visit the old town of Gandía, its Ducal Palace, the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church.
