It is located in the Casa Del Mila Oro Resort, which offers 300 ft. of private beach on Canada's warmest lake, which is just a crosswalk away! There is also a dock to moor your boat, swimming pool to cool off and a hot tub to relax in. This large townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, full laundry, patio, private garage, kitchen, dining and living area. You will also have wifi, cable and a telephone for local use at your disposal.
This newly renovated townhouse can comfortably sleep 7 but could possibly sleep 9. The upstairs has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! The master bedroom is located upstairs with a new king size bed, private balcony over looking Osoyoos Lake and an en suite bathroom which has a tub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with the lower bunk being a double bed.
Downstairs is open and inviting to have a family or group stay together. The kitchen is fully equipped and is just as big as the pictures look!
There is also a dining room table, living room and 1/2 bathroom on the main floor. The patio is off of the living room and looks out onto Osoyoos Lake and all of the beautiful mountains; this is a great place to BBQ and relax. There is also a large area of common green space that is wonderful for families.
If you haven't been to Osoyoos yet now is your chance! Come check out some of the world class wineries, go golfing, take the kids to Rattlesnake Canyon Park, or just relax by the lake.
