This is the ideal spot for those looking to unwind on local beaches or explore the vibrant Kona area. With two transit systems running along Alii Drive, accessibility is a breeze even without a rental car. There are also automated bike rental spots along Ali'i Drive.
A short 5-minute drive south will take you to Keauhou Shopping Center, offering a grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, a movie theater, and a farmers market on Saturday mornings. Five minutes north on Ali'i Drive leads you to the oceanfront downtown Kona, filled with shopping, restaurants, historical sites, and luaus.
