We want you to enjoy this beautiful part of Florida as much as we do! Sea Oaks is an exclusive resort which stretches from Ocean to Indian River offering activities from playing tennis on championship courts and bike riding, to relaxing or excellent dining on the beach at a wonderful beach club. Our inviting second floor apartment is surrounded by trees, trees and more trees. Walk to the beach or the neighborhood pool for a morning swim. Tennis is just steps away. The apartment offers a master bedroom with king size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin extra long beds. Wifi and cable tv available.
As Sea Oaks renters you will have access to all the facilities, tennis, gym, beach, pools and dining facilities.
Many of our guests visit the Orlando area theme parks either before or after their seaside experience. Orlando's airport is only 90 minutes from Sea Oaks.
Please, note two important items.
Sea Oaks dining facilities do not deal with cash or credit cards. Renter who use the dining or other food and beverage facilities can charge the owners accounts. We ask our guests to close out their food and beverage charges with the Sea Oaks office.
Sea Oaks requires three forms to be filled out by all of our guest/renters. These forms will be emailed to you to fill out after the reservation has been confirmed. We need those back via email, or post immediately after so that we can provide those to Sea Oaks management. We also provide our guests with a Guest Document that informs them about the condo and the area in general.
