Ocean Palms is comfortably arranged with stools at the table and a seating area with sofa. There is a TV, and fast internet .
The kitchen is fully appointed with refrigerator, gas range, microwave, blender and coffee maker. A full complement of dishes, glasses, cooking pots, pans, utensils, flatware, is provided.
Queen bed and freestanding closet in a spacious bedroom. The bath has a full sized shower. Step outside onto the covered deck, where you will spend most of your at home time, table, chairs and lounge await you.
Buddha overlooks the spa pool, shared with the apartment unit and the owner, where you can see and hear the ocean while you rest in bubbling water with the beverage of your choice.
Ocean Palms is powered by a full solar system with batteries which means there are no power surges or outages of electricity. For 1-2 week rentals, the electric is included. Butane for your cooking and hot showers is included in the rental price. Nice breezes off the sea are with us year round. AC unit is on a separate meter and is a extra cost at approximately .37 cents per kwh.
Drinking water is provided by a Seagull water filter (no chemicals) there is a special faucet on the sink so there is no need to buy or haul water. For monthly renters, the use of the washing machine once a week is included in the rental price. Smoking is allowed outside but not inside.
This is the perfect long or short term vacation spot on the East End of Roatan, quieter and eco friendly. Various water sports, restaurants close by, or just relax on the deck with beverage and a book.
