Just outside your living room lies the full-sized private heated pool with beach entry (deal for young children), waterfall, and swim-up Tiki Hut, outdoor shower, and tropical landscaping. The backyard pool area is surrounded by 6 ft privacy fencing. The home offers a spacious (1500sf) open floor plan living-dining-kitchen area with high cathedral ceilings. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room. We provide YouTube streaming, phone, and high-speed WIFI. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, lounge chairs, gas grill, and patio table are also provided for your use. Sliding glass doors off of the living room provide easy access and viewing of the pool area (perfect for keeping an eye on the kids). There are two security cameras on the property, one located at the front door, street-facing, and one on the front of the home, also street-facing.
