fees.** Pets must be crated if left unattended in the home. We do not allow
pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If
there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess pet hair in home,
stains or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged additional cost
to clean this. You must clean up all dog hair on day of checkout.
** Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 10am.
** Only use appliances for their intended uses. DO NOT leave appliances on
while not in use.
** Garbage: All garbage must be moved into the outdoor can prior to check out.
Trash pickup happens between 6:30am - 8:30am on Wednesday, therefore all
inside trash is required to be removed and placed into the green trash bin and
take to the street on Tuesday evening in to avoid a missed pickup on
Wednesday.
** Parking: One car garage and spacious driveway accommodating up to 4 cars is
provide, therefore no street parking allowed. Parking in grassy area next to
the driveway is also strictly prohibited.
** Long-term stay: A minimum of 1 mid-term cleaning required at $150 with
other cleaning available at the price of $100.00 per clean option take.
