Welcome to Crestridge Hideaway! This beautiful eccentric 60's home has been recently updated with a fun mid-century modern vibe located in Chattanooga Valley, GA! This large dog friendly property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the spacious back deck that boasts a great view of Lookout Mountain! A short 20 minute drive will bring you to some of Chattanooga’s best attractions such as Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.
Our Favorite Things:
This peaceful family friendly home sits in a quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes South of downtown Chattanooga in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia! It is right along the Iron Man route and also very close to many amazing hiking trails and outdoor activities. Dogs are welcome and there is a huge back yard with a fenced in area for your dogs to run and play in. There is no need to buy water bottles for your stay - this home has a house wide incredible water filtration system!
The kids will love the privacy of the basement which is the perfect space to watch TV and play board games. Our home has high speed wireless internet and a total of 4 smart TVs! Both bathrooms also have bluetooth speakers located in light fixtures. Wow! Lastly, you will have access to our spacious 2 car garage which is equipped with laundry and there is plenty of room to park 3 additional vehicles at the property.
Home Layout:
When walking through the front door you’ll find the living room directly on the right that has a sectional couch, a large flat screen smart tv, a workspace desk and a unique antique hutch that has a Bluetooth record player music station. Just past the entryway on the right is the open concept dining area and fully stocked kitchen with access to the back deck where you are instantly met with gorgeous mountain views! Down the hallway there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! The master bedroom has a king bed, a large smart tv and a full bathroom attached. The 2 other bedrooms down the hall have queen beds and are across from the other full bathroom.
Head downstairs where you’ll find another great living space in the basement with a shared bedroom attached to it! There is a large wall separating the basement living room from the bedroom but there is no door. There is a twin trundle bed and a futon in this space for additional sleeping arrangements while the bedroom has a King bed! There is a glass sliding door which leads to the outdoor fenced in dog run.
Things you should know:
Dogs: Our property is dog friendly and includes a fenced in back yard for your dogs! We happily provide a set of dog bowls, dog gates, and a dog blanket for the couch!
Downstairs Bedroom: As listed above, there is a large wall separating the basement living room from the bedroom but there is no door to the bedroom.
Grill: The grill onsite is a propane grill.
Cable TV: There is NO cable TV but every TV in the home is a smart TV that has the capability for you to log into your own apps on Netflix, Hulu, Prime Movie, etc.
Parking: There is room to park two vehicles in the garage, two vehicles on the driveway, and two vehicles on the street.
