Our Place is located in the center of Unawatuna. Only a 3 minutes walk to the beach. In 1 min you are in beachroad with all the shops and restaurants. Atm 50 m away. The next Supermarket in walking distance.
All our rooms have a private bathroom and kinkgsize bed. You have access to community balcony. We have 7 rooms 4 of them with AC, 3 with Fan. In all areas free WiFi available.
In the downstairs area is a coffee shop with nice chillout area in our garden.
you can enjoy a breakfast, juice, coffee and more full day.
We can arrange scooter or tuk tuk transports for you.
