Villa Castle is located in a small and quiet place just 10 meters from the sea. With 580 sq. meters of interior space spread over a plot of 1,400 sq. meters, the villa consists of 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, king size bed, living area, minibar, TV and sound system.
Enjoy the privacy and feeling of exclusivity that this compound has to offer--the villa grounds are surrounded by a high stone wall. This "Smart" villa can be completely controlled through the use of an iPad.
Each bedroom has access to the terraces (connected with glass bridge) which make 120 sq. meters overlooking the entire bay of Zaton. Otherwise, the whole frontal side of the house has a sea view and the rear view extends to the garden, swimming pool and the Chapel of St. Jerome.
In the center of the property is a large relaxation room.
The home can accommodate up to 14 people. The entire ground floor offers a dining area for 16 persons, living area with indoor fireplace, bar, TV… There is also a reception with writing desk, computer, two service toilets (male and female), laundry, tobacco room and reading area.
