Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home serves as the perfect jumping off point for exploring all the Upstate has to offer, as we are:

12 minutes from Paris Mountain State Park
Pets are more than welcome to join you with a one-time pet fee, and will enjoy taking walks around our family-friendly residential neighborhood.

Welcome to Monarch Meadow! We are centrally located between all The Upstate of South Carolina has to offer while being a short 8-mile-drive to the very heart of Downtown Greenville. We are also 10 minutes from Bob Jones University and just 20 minutes from Furman University.
Parking can be found in any of the ample parking spots in front of the townhome.
Once inside you will find:
-Living Room-
As you enter the front door, you will find yourself in the living room; perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a sofa, a love seat, an area rug, 1 side table with a reading lamp, floor lamp, coffee table and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).
-Kitchen-
Immediately off of the living room area, you will find yourself in the dining/kitchen area. Sit down for a meal on our 4-seater dining table, or enjoy bar-seating at the granite island. Want to cook for your friends and family? No problem. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you walk around, you’ll find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station.
You'll enjoy a beautiful view from the dining table of the backyard, which you can access through a sliding glass door.
You will then walk upstairs to access the bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry closet.
-Laundry Closet-
As soon as you walk up the staircase, you will find the laundry closet, which houses a washer and dryer that you have complete access to.
Master Bedroom-
Walk down the hallway, and you’ll find the master bedroom. This large, well-appointed room has a huge walk-in-closet, a full dresser, King bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and even a cozy sitting area for two to get a way from it all.
This room also has a full, private bathroom attached to it.
-Hall/Shared Bathroom-
When you exit the master bedroom, you’ll find a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.
-Queen Room-
Exiting the bathroom to your left, you will enter the queen bedroom. This room has a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, 1 small reading lamp and a floor lamp with a handy built-in shelf for your reading glasses.
-Double Twin Room-
Equipped with two standard twin beds, one nightstand and a reading lamp, you’ll find this twin room has everything you need for a good night's sleep.

Guests have access to our entire home and yard, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet for our supplies.
Monarch Meadow is in a residential neighborhood.
Public transportation in Greenville still isn't quite up to snuff-- we recommend bringing your own car or renting. Uber and Lyft are both great options for a responsible night on the town, and are inexpensive from this location.
