This 1920 craftsman has been fully renovated for your stay in the hip, North Oak Park area. This unit is part of a duplex with a shared front porch along with a shared backyard. The home has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and patio. All kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, linens, and towels are provided as well as a coffee/tea starter kit plus basic spices for cooking. Also included: vacuum (for 1 month+ stays), iron, small ironing board, coffee maker, french press, gas stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The living room has one flat screen Smart TV to login to your streaming accounts. Wifi and utilities included.
For longer term stays, since there is not a laundry unit in the studio, we do have a recommendation of a local laundry option if desired.
