This is a modern farmhouse surrounded by the rolling hills of Mulmur, set in 30 acres of orchards, forest lands and hay fields. Quiet. Architecture: Shaker style inside; Long Island cedar shakes outside. Mulmur is 75 minutes north of the Toronto airport. Our properties here tend to be 10 to 100 acres, so no near neighbours. Lots of walking trails and close to the quaint village of Creemore (home of Creemore Springs Brewery) which now includes a Michelin * restaurant.
Lots of amenities for the cook, including a brick pizza oven. Wine fridge. Two fireplaces - one wood and one gas in the master bedroom. Good size dining and living rooms for entertaining.
