Positive: Great location. Clean new apartment and furniture. Everything you need to cook. Care for residents. Small but very nice little things: capsules for dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, lots of dishes. Responsive staff who solve all the issues that arise very quickly and well. Next time I come to Vienna, I will definitely try to book accommodation here. Many thanks to the owners and the management company.

Negative: I wanted to extend the apartment for a few more days, but it turned out that they were already booked. But I wish the owners that it would always be like this and that there would always, as now, be a line of people wanting to live in these apartments.
