1st floor- Spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen with gas range, quartz countertops and lots of sitting space to gather around. Easily accessible to both downstair guest bedrooms and bathroom.
Large family room features 55" Smart TV, large sectional and large sofa with a french door that leads to the outdoor deck. Step out to our deck with seating area and picnic table and enjoy the beautiful mature tree views!
2nd Floor- Master bedroom and luxurious bathroom. Guest bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and futon with plenty of room to spare.
Our home is in East Nashville, just minutes away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be just a short drive from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the city's legendary music scene and explore its many attractions. Also minutes away from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall.
