The Space:

This home is great for small families or people traveling with pets. Set in the Spokane foothills, just blocks from Glass Park, Rogers High School, grocery stores, coffee, local food and brews, and retail shopping at Northtown Mall, River Park Square and Franklin Park Retail Center. We provide local Roast House coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guests. You’re sure to be comfortable during your stay in this pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with off-street or street parking, fenced back yard, WiFi, and full kitchen all for use during your stay.
The trash is located in the alley, and there's a big sliding gate that pushes to the right in order to access trash.
We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night. We can request this fee through the Resolution Center, as Airbnb only allows you to put 1 pet fee on the reservation.
Guest Access:
Guests can self-check in with smart lock anytime after 4pm. We do have a lawn service that comes every week, but they will do their best not to disturb your stay.

The home is in a downtown-type setting, so please expect people walking, neighbors closeby, road noise and human noise, and street parking shared with neighbors.

There is free parking on the street, or one parking spot in front of the home on a small driveway.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee of $25.00 for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for insurance through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests their space, but property manager is local if any needs arise during the stay.
