The Space:
**We hope you find time to enjoy the above-ground pool, open now until October 1st! Please note: it's shared with the other unit on the property and is not heated.***
This is the smaller unit of a two-unit home. You'll see the living room with plenty of seating and TV. The bedrooms you will have access to will be a queen, a king, and a full. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and has a table that can seat four guests.
Outside, the above-ground pool.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:
You will enter the home from the South side of the house (as you're looking at it) utilizing a digital keypad. You will receive the code at check-in. This is a bottom floor unit.
Parking: Private driveway is shared with (Unit A). Both units have labeled parking please utilize the parking for Unit B.
Guest Access: Only access for this unit Unit B main door located on the east side of this property if you're looking at property from the street.
Prohibited Areas: Unit A parking area which is marked. Also, the Unit A side of the property which is on the opposite side of property.
The Neighborhood:
Located less than 2 miles from major grocery, shopping and restaurants!
Getting Around:
There are two units on the property. Be sure to access unit B (your unit)! Thank you!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
