Summary: We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. This required us to pull off the highway and spend 15 plus minutes to send messages. It was very aggravating. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there but keep the check in info in mind.
