Welcome to Genevieve, our charming 100-year-old craftsman home in the heart of historic Southside! This vibrant, eclectic house has a rich history, having served as an artist commune, fraternity house, and even a punk rock concert hall. Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, all outfitted with deluxe mattresses and high quality, long-staple premium cotton sheets. The master bedroom features a king bed and a twin for the kiddos. The other two bedrooms have one bed each, a King in one and Queen in the other. A twin daybed in the dining room adds extra sleeping space and comfort. Oversized windows fill the home with natural light, and blinds and curtains ensure a peaceful sleep for night owls and day sleepers alike.
Genevieve boasts historic charm with original doorknobs, hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, and ornate craftsmanship throughout. Relax on the large, designer couches in the cozy living room, or catch up on your favorite shows on one of the flat screen TV's we have in every room. You can rest easy with white noise machines and ceiling fans in every bedroom.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: a blender, coffee maker, oil, salt, vinegar, utensils, containers for leftovers, and complimentary snacks.
