The red frog villas are spacious, modern, and located above the best beaches in Bocas. This villa is the Tortuga model, with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, while the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and share a large bathroom. Easily sleeps 6, but you could sleep 8 with two children sleeping on the sleeper sofa.
As you enter the villa you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Caribbean through the great room glass walls. This villa is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and handsomely appointed with cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is also a property manager on the island to take care of you and your family/friends during your vacation. Cool travertine tile flooring is throughout including the wrap around, under roof 1000 sq ft patio. A private pool in the shape of a turtle! Plenty of outside furniture for eating and relaxing.
Our property manager can stock your villa with groceries for a small fee before your arrival, or you can shop in Bocas before you hop on the 10-minute boat ride to Red Frog. There are also a few restaurants on the island and island bar with nightlife. You can hire a private chef as well. We are not managed by RF resort, so you may not be able to use their shuttle service, however we do have our own golf cart for rent, that will be able to transport 4 guests at a time to anywhere on the resort. The villa is an easy five-minute golf cart ride (if you decide to rent a golf cart) or ten-minute walk to the exclusive turtle beach and La Rosa Beach Club or to the popular Point beach bar. You could also walk a bit further down Red Frog beach to 2 other great beach bars/restaurants.
The incredible Bastimentos Sky Zipline Canopy tour is located within the resort. The welcome center is a great place to originate boat tours to Zapatilla Keys, Crawl Key, Dolphin Bay and other far-flung adventure spots. The Red Frog Express Shuttle provides quick water transport to Bocas Town (10 minutes) four times daily. You can also book a taxi to and from Bocas at your convenience the fee is approximately $7/pp. Transport within the resort is available from Resort Management with sufficient notice for a fee. But we do have our own golf cart available for rent. Even though we are not managed by Red Frog Management Co the villa is located at the Red Frog Beach Resort, and water sports activities (kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling) or nature based activities (hiking, beach combing) are readily available on location.
