I assure you that you will find a very cozy, cool summer and hot winter house with radiators that start automatically during day and night , while maintaining the desired temperature. There is a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine and all accessories to cook and enjoy the delicacies purchased at the market or at a nearby supermarket, open until 21:00. We will provide you with towels and sheets and in the case of long stays, we will provide you a weekly change.
The flat is only 7 minutes walking distance from the beach, or 15 minutes from the touristic Port of Ostia Lido.
There are two public beaches, one of which is perfect for children because the water is shallow. Beach towels are provided. For a great breakfast, we suggest that you go to the bread shop which can be found directly under the flat or choose from the two coffee shops just across the street. For lunch, you could try the pizzeria that is just down the street. Within just a few minutes walking distance you can find: supermarkets, an open market for local produce, pharmacies, banks, post offices, gelato shops, churches, parks for children and furry friends.
The bus stop is just down the street. From there, you can get to the train station Lido Centro that can take you to Ostia Antica (10 minutes) or Rome (30 minutes). The Fiumicino/Roma Airport is only 15 minutes away by car or you can take a bus (leaves every 20 minutes) from the Lido Centro train station in Ostia.
Please remember that it is the Rome City tax to be paid in cash at arrival. 3,5€/night/person.
