Located in spectacular Scottish mountains, this peaceful country location is only minutes from the famous Loch Ness and 14 miles from Inverness. Home to fantastic wildlife, this accommodation is perfect for those wishing to escape the everyday and experience a taste of rural Highland living. Comfortably sleeping four, well behaved doggie companions are very welcome with many local walks right on your door step. After a day exploring you can either snuggle up by the roaring wood burner or admire the glorious views across the surrounding landscapes as you sit on the outside covered decking area with patio table and chairs enjoying a coffee or an evening drink.
This newly refurbished static home is situated in the grounds of large private garden. 3 steps lead up to the entrance hall with plenty hooks for jackets. To your left is a large, bright open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with panoramic views of the countryside and hills. The lounge has a 4 seat comfy settee, coffee table, wood burning stove and TV with Freesat. The dining area has a round table with 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and 4 ring gas cooker, grill and oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and dish washer.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 wardrobes and lots of cupboards for storage. Razor/toothbrush power socket. A seating area in front of mirror for doing hair/make up, hairdryer in drawer. En suite with toilet, shower and wash hand basin. Ironing board and iron if required.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside cabinet and wall cupboards and wardrobe. TV for DVDs.
Shower room/toilet: Shower, wash hand basin, toilet, storage drawers, large mirror.
This accommodation is very comfortable and warm, heated with gas central heating, thermostatically controlled with the addition of a wood burning stove, if you choose to light it. All bedding and towels, wifi, gas and electricity is included in the price.
Outside: Ample parking for 2 cars. Covered decking area to front of caravan. Garden area with various trees and garden furniture.
