Summary: On the bright side, the location is fantastic and the neighborhood is safe and walkable with great cafes. There seemed to be no one working on premise; check-in and communication was over text. That said, the staff (Eden) provided very helpful, quick answers to all our questions. But the hotel itself was very run down and our room felt unclean. The listing said parking was available, but we were unable to find non-permit parking in the neighborhood and parked in a garage a half mile away. This was simply not what we expected for $250 a night.
