Included is a queen bed in the bedroom and a Beauty Rest queen sleeper sofa in the living room so it comfortably sleeps four. There's a large eat in kitchen. A garage and laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs tenants. A new dock was installed this summer and is included. A pontoon can be provided for an extra fee. There is a large park with a sandy beach a mile away on Clear Lake.
