Summary: This is an absolutely gorgeous property. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom suite with a partial ocean view but the room had no view at all. The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided. The photos also showed a patio that rolled out onto a private pool area, also not included at our room. The partial ocean view and the patio shown in the photographs was a major factor in deciding to book this room so it was disappointing to not receive it. Unfortunately we arrived on a short time line to quickly shower and get out to our next engagement so we didn't have the time to address the issue with the staff and change rooms etc. (if that was even an option).
