Smart TVs (living and 1 bedroom) with YouTube TV for news and sports, ROKU, wifi for streaming, updated decor, two outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views of Weiss Lake which include a picnic table on screened in porch, large patio with charcoal and gas grill, cornhole, ring toss, lakeside firepit. Stroll down to the well lit dock for swimming in the cove (great for kids), sunbathing and fishing. Please note this home is a mobile home with a screened in porch added. The home sits above the water and the concrete path leads down and is a bit steep, so it is not appropriate for infants or people who have knee or mobility challenges.
