Welcome to this spacious beach themed two bedroom, two bathroom and family room, backs right up to a private lake property less than a ten min drive to white sandy Venice Beaches and less than 15 to the beautiful Manasota Key beaches! Everything you need to host two families is provided!
This home is less than a ten min drive to the white sandy Venice Beaches and 15 minutes to the Manasota Key beaches!
*There is a family room (great for the kiddos) with a futon couch/bed, large TV a small table with seating for four and lots of board games.
* You have a lovely living room with a nice conversation area, a "Pirate" chest in the corner holding a second TV and a full sleeper bed.
* the living room has a dedicated work credenza with file drawers and a pull-out keyboard area/laptop area.
*The first bedroom has a tropical themed queen bed, dresser and night stand.
* The second bedroom has a tropical themed queen bed, dresser, night stand and bunk beds.
* You have a great screened lanai with a table for more games or dinner seating.
* There is a family friendly tub in bathroom one and a walk in shower in bathroom 2. Both bathrooms are accessible from common areas.
* The backyard has a small light fenced area to help monitor your pets and small children. There is outside seating area for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
* Wine and martini glasses are in the small "bar" area in the dining room.
* Propane BBQ and tools just out the back door
* There are 10 beach towels and 10 beach chairs. There are two beach umbrellas.
* There are sand castle toys for the kiddos.
* Sorry, absolutely NO lake swimming or lake boating in the lake behind the property.
* COMMUNITY POOL is seasonal and closed Oct 1 - May 30th
* Up to two small dogs only
Hunt for shark's teeth at Caspersen Beach, play with your dogs at Brohard Beach! Go antiquing in Arcadia! Look for alligators on the Myakka River! Sunset Cruise on the Gulf of Mexico! Get your culture on at the Ringling Circus and Art Museum.. There is great shopping from thrifts stores to upscale.... lots of restaurants including our favorite "Sharkey's" at the base of the pier on the beach.
