A quiet oasis in the city - ultimate vacation or staycation! Our beautiful 1,000 SF guest suite is located in the most affluent neighborhood in Vancouver. A newly remodeled meticulously maintained suite features a private entrance, secure backyard, sauna & heated outdoor pool. Incredibly convenient location where you can stroll to some of Vancouver's best parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. Just a short 10-minute drive to Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, Stanley Park, UBC, Airport & more.
The space:
The suite is recently renovated, has a brand new bathroom (shower with double-body lumbar jets), marble floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, gas fireplace with temperature control that allows guests to adjust the temperature, ultra-fast speed internet, 4K 49" Sony Bravia Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ STAR, ensuite laundry, keyless entry, lots of great art, books, puzzles, board games, and guitar for guests to play. Sauna and heated outdoor swimming pool with outdoor sitting area - all for guests to enjoy.
Area:
Our house is located within minutes of Kerrisdale Village and everything West 41st Avenue and West Boulevard have to offer. Only 2 short blocks to Arbutus Greenway where you can enjoy a safe and comfortable 9-km walking and cycling route that begins at False Creek and ends at the Fraser River Centre leading to parks, Kitsilano Beach, Granville Island, and Stanley Park. Quilchena Park is right down the street. About 10 minute walk to VanDusen Garden and a short drive or ride to Queen Elizabeth Park.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire Guest Suite. Keyless entry throughout with self-check-in/check-out. Plenty of free street parking right outside the door for use during your stay. Bus stops are just 2 short blocks away. A quick 10-minute drive away to Downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, English Bay, Coal Harbor & Vancouver’s world-renowned restaurants.
Other things to note:
The outdoor pool is heated and generally used between June and September. Sauna is used all year round! Our family also uses the pool and sauna from time to time, but you will have your own private time to enjoy the sauna and swimming.
A portion of our house is above the suite, so occasionally you may hear some sounds, footsteps, etc.
An additional full-size refrigerator is located in the laundry room. Guests are welcome to use it if required.
