One of the double bedrooms with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor. If you go up one floor, you will find two more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. These rooms offer a breathtaking view of the beauty of the sea off Palma. For the best views, however, be sure to visit the lighthouse-like studio room on the top floor, complete with sofa, desk and plenty of windows. The floors are connected by a lift. Deià, Valldemossa and the Moorish Jardines de Alfabia are possible excursion destinations to explore in this beautiful region of Mallorca. Finca La casa de las Vistas offers fabulous views of the beautiful surrounding countryside: 6 km to the centre of Palma, 30 km to the idyllic town of Sóller in the Tramuntana mountains. You can swing your golf club directly on one of the three golf courses in the immediate vicinity: Son Quint, Son Vida and Son Muntaner. Or you can visit the easily accessible beaches such as Platja de Can Pere Antoni with its palm-lined promenade for a long day of swimming.
