Positive: Very clean and simple. As described really. Very handy location and extremely quiet. Pleasant staff and room was large, with a cmpfortable bed, good hot water.

Negative: The host didn't check that we were willing to pay for the breakfast... We thought it was included in the price but he should have checked first.
