The Location: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in North Spokane. A short drive to Whitworth University, Gonzaga, The Podium, Eagles Ice Arena, and downtown Spokane! Silverwood is 43 miles away (57 minutes).
The Space: Enjoy the modern feel and look upstairs while reading a book in the minimalistic living room or watch a show on the 75" mounted TV upstairs! Put your favorite karaoke song on the 55" TV downstairs via screen mirroring and sing along with our karaoke machine with 2 wireless mics! The mini bar downstairs has an ice machine, blender, margarita maker, mini fridge, and anything else you would need to create and chill your favorite drinks! Heating and air conditioning throughout the home is controlled from a smart thermostat. Brand new mattresses and furniture are sure to make you feel right at home. A full kitchen, outdoor grill, renovated bathrooms, a washer & dryer and a remote workspace downstairs complete the space with everything you need for a stay of any length for the whole family!
For additional guests beyond the bed arrangements we have a futon downstairs that folds into a full size bed, as well as a pack and play for infants.
