The space
The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, TV, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a Solid Steel Framed single Bed, Over a Full Bunk Bed plus a hidden Trundle Bed which are all equipped with comfortable mattresses, linens, closet system, A/C and a bathroom with walk in shower.
The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glasses, wine glasses etc, dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.
The main area features a dining area with plenty of seating, Cable TV, Fire Stick, IP TV, High speed 100Mgs WiFi, Bose wireless bluetooth speaker, and Air conditioning.
Both bedrooms and great room have access to the beautiful outdoor pool area, private covered terrace area and backyard through sliding doors.
The terrace area has amazing mountain views, pool loungers, covered dining area, table, chairs and your own personal propane BBQ grill to use poolside!
All of this, while surrounded by a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community. We are very close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise! Minutes away is the Famous Flamingo Beach and Flamingo Beach Marina.
