The master bedroom includes a Queen bed with Beautyrest Silver mattress, a large walk-in shower and a sliding door with private access to the back porch. The second bedroom also includes a Queen bed with Beautyrest Silver mattress. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and room darkening shades. An inflatable Queen mattress can accommodate two additional guests. Ample seating and two overhead fans make the back porch a comfortable spot to relax and socialize. A nostalgic glider for two occupies the front porch.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

RESTRICTIONS
Maximum 6 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit. no pets allowed in chesnut bay over 20lbs.
TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $175 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
