Summary: I've had the privilege to stay in some of the best holets in the world and this is one of them. The hotel itself is outstanding but that's never what makes the difference between extremely good hotel and a world class, top end boutique hotel this. It's the staff,they care. They care about doing an unbeatable, professional job with pride. Most importantly they care about you. So this is not really a review of the hotel (they don't really need it), it's a review of You. Please treat them with the respect they deserve because we have genuine affection for Jelena and the whole crew. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Hope to see you soon
