Summary: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was far below an acceptable standard. When we arrived, there was hair on the beds, the pillows had yellow stains, and the bathroom was very dirty. The towels also had stains and looked as if they had not been properly washed. In addition, every time we took a shower, water leaked out of the bathtub onto the bathroom floor. There was no proper drain for the water, so we had to dry the entire bathroom floor ourselves after every shower. This was very disappointing and did not match the standard we expected from the hotel. We paid for a clean and comfortable room, but our experience was the opposite. We have photos documenting these issues and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience we experienced.
