Positive: The place is location in a small town called Levanto which has a very convinient train into cique terre and also a handful of nice restaurants and bars to sit at night. The room and the hotel have nice views and breakfast was pretty good too. The staff there is also very nice and tried to help with everything.

Negative: When we were there it was quite summery and hot but they had the air condition off in the entire hotel which was a bit tough. They gave us a fan which was ok but not great.
