We do reserve the house for stays of 5 nights or longer when booking further out than 30 days and 7 nights or longer when booking 60 days or more in advance. Exceptions are made so feel free to ask. Each side has the living area on the second floor along with a master bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has (2) doors, one directly to the master and one to the living space. The first floor has the second two bedrooms, another full bathroom and a laundry room, plus a large entry for dumping all your gear. One parking space at the top of the driveway is provided and there are 3-4 steps up to the first floor from the car door.
