This house has a living area of about 59 m². It accommodates 1 to 5 people. The spacious living room features a seating area (with cable TV), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (with 4 hotplates, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker). The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The bungalow has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds/a double bed, and the second bedroom has three sleeping spaces. All accommodations are individually, comfortably, and cozy furnished and feature a spacious ground floor with a terrace, garden furniture, and a sun umbrella. In winter, a sled is available (free of charge) in the house.

Nearby, you can experience the thrill of gliding or ballooning, or immerse yourself in the lively castle festivals of Zwingenberg. In winter, when there is enough snow, well-groomed trails lead directly to the holiday village, perfect for cross-country skiing or winter walks.

For those interested in history and culture, fascinating cities such as Heidelberg, Michelstadt, Mosbach, Eberbach, Miltenberg, and Rothenburg are within easy reach. The idyllic Neckar Valley, known as the most romantic part of the German "Castle Road," is perfect for scenic excursions.
There are countless opportunities for adventure, including visits to the dramatic Wolfsschlucht (Wolf Canyon) or Margarethenschlucht (Margaret Gorge), exploring the caves near Eberstadt, discovering numerous castles, or enjoying a boat trip on the Neckar River.
