The terraced house complex with 4 house units is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in 10-15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are numerous leisure activities such as an ice rink, Baltic Sea thermal bath, sea aquarium and much more. Within 10 to 20 minutes by car you can reach the Travemünder Hafen, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Karls Erlebnishof and the Hansapark.

The house was completed in 2018 and furnished in a modern, maritime style. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas and modern flooring create a bright and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a couch and a dining area for 6 people. In addition to the guest toilet, there is a separate sauna room on the ground floor with a modern sauna and a sleeping area. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction cooker, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with box spring beds. One bedroom is spacious and comfortably furnished with a double bed, armchair and high-quality electric fireplace. From the bedroom you can access the south-facing balcony. The other bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds, which can also be put together as a double bed. The modern tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bathtub. The attic with a high ceiling and warm, light floor offers another bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large modern televisions with Telekom MagentaTV. The apartment has its own terrace with a garden and an additional south-facing balcony. There is a free carport parking lot for two cars. WiFi and underfloor heating is available throughout the house.
