Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: If you want peace and quiet then look no more, the house is located perfectly, in the dead end street. You can take a walk/run/ride bike very hasle free since there are a loads of roads with very little traffic.
Negative: The ladders to the bedrooms upstairs are very steep so if you have little children there could be some issues although there are child safe trap doors that you can mount at the top of the stairs. The barbecue kit could be a bit better.
