Built in 1895, it was renovated in 2012 and converted into a holiday home.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a modern round sofa, a dining room with a direct access to the kitchen and a guest toilet. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a large bathroom with two sinks, shower and toilet.
