Our semi-detached house consists of two apartments. One apartment for six people is located on the ground floor with a living space of approx. 60 square meters. It has a dining room with TV and a kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave with baking and grill function and coffee machine. Shower / WC.
Two bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom with LED TV) and one bedroom with double pull-out couch 160 x 200 cm. There is also a shower and separate toilet and a large 22 sqm covered terrace.
The second apartment for six people with an area of 70sqm is spread over two floors, one part being on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The part of the apartment on the ground floor has a size of 20sqm and has a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The upper floor has an area of approximately 50 square meters and consists of a living room with a pull-out couch, LED TV, as well as two double bedrooms and a large covered balcony.
Blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors. There is no smoking in the house. Smoking on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, pavilion possible.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Separate washroom.
