The renovation and furnishing works are completed for the time being and we look forward to making your stay in a pleasant atmosphere and attractive ambience.
It expects you in the upper floor of the extension of our house on 51sqm a fully equipped apartment, with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and a spacious roof terrace, for up to 6 people and extra bed for at least a small child.
The generous plot on which the house was newly built in 2011, with 2000 square meters provides sufficient space for movement, which may be used by arrangement also like our guests, as well as our evening playground for children.
Only a few steps from the property there is a bus stop, which is frequented by the immediate proximity to the district town Saalfeld, also very well by public transport. The Unterwellenborner train station can also be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
Trips to the "Thuringian Sea" (Hohenwarte Reservoir) or in the direction of Gera / Pößneck can be started directly from here, for all other directions you are within 10 minutes in Saalfeld and there has immediate change and connection options to all the really worthwhile destinations to reach our beautiful region.
