The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kitchen unit and dining corner. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, washing machine and clothes stand. The WC is in a separate room.

The roofed terrace has garden furniture and a grill. The site is detached and there is parking space for two cars. Bicycles are available for use free of charge.

A solarium and a sauna await you in an annex (payable).

The house enjoys a quiet location in a residential area. About 8km from the house there is the flower town Wiesmoor, with an indoor pool, a minigolf course, the Ottermeer with a water slide, a lawn, a sandy beach and play equipment for children. In Friedeburg you can purchase a fishing permit at the tourist information office, upon presentation of a sports fishing certificate. The proximity to the North Sea coast, about 25km, allows you to go high sea fishing or fishing for mackerel. You can paddle free of charge in a paddle boat along the 72-km-long Ems-Jade Canal. You can buy freshly baked rolls etc.in the little general shop about 100 metres away.
