It is a 3 bedroom with new beds in each bedroom has a Smart wifi tv with cinema hd downloaded for free movies. 55 inch wifi TV wall mounted in living room and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of on property parking with room for 6 vehicles. Fenced in front yard with appealing front porch to enjoy the breeze. Keypad entry with security cameras on the outside of house. Garage is not accessible as it is being used for lawn mower and storage etc. I am a former graduate and record holding athlete in football/ track and field at Millikin University 88-92 and a lifetime resident of Decatur and highly involved in the community. So come visit us because this 103 year old house is rich in history and has more smiles to give so whether you're coming to Millikin to catch a sporting event or even perhaps the Devon Buffett amphitheater to catch a concert We would love to have you come stay.
