12 km away from Daun and 15 km from the Nürburgring, we have built this beautifully furnished 2-family house. The apartment upstairs is fixed rents. The ground floor apartment with garden is set as a holiday home available. Upon entering the apartment you can feel the cozy atmosphere of the light-filled rooms. The whole living area is designed with real wood planks. The underfloor heating system ensures a comfortable room climate. From the comfortable leather sofa you can enjoy unobstructed views of the beautiful nature.
The kitchenette is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and fridge / freezer. The bedroom has a cozy double preheated water bed is perfect for a restful sleep. From the bedroom and the living room it goes back out to the terrace for Sauna House.
This holiday home in a quiet location to couples and families feel equally comfortable. Right in the village there is a private equestrian center where, after consultation, availability and fees that own horse can be provided and also high-quality dressage instruction is given (up to class S). Booking and organizing is done by us. Hiking and biking trails invite you to leisurely excursions and many points of interest make your vacation a fun-filled holiday be.
