Perched atop our mountain, just 20 min from downtown Chattanooga, this high end home has a panoramic views & is only a 20 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. With a spacious open floor plan on 3 levels, there are 2 decks, a stacked stone fireplace, a luxury kitchen, and all the amenities to make you never want to leave!
A fantastic getaway for families, couples, or group retreats, the home sleeps 10-12 comfortably.
On the main floor, the open layout of the family room and dining room extends to a large back deck that is perfect for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee and evening beverage. The kitchen counter opens up to a barstool area for additional seating and long conversations on both sides of the counter. The kitchen features new black stainless steel appliances including a smart fridge, double combination smart oven, efficient dishwasher, and induction stovetop. The master bedroom with King is modern Moroccan themed with en suite bathroom hosting a spectacular shower view. The guest room has an old world vibe with a Queen and full bath, brightly decorated.
The upper level is connected with a spiral staircase and opens up into a main area with high angular ceilings and another back deck for spectacular stargazing. The main room hosts a colonial area with a daybed on a full/double mattress and TV. There is an ocean themed guest room with a Twin over Full/Double bunkbed (also suitable for adults) with hidden playroom, lego table and climbing wall. The Upstairs Master Queen bohemian bedroom is through the gorgeous large master bathroom with a slipper tub and deluxe shower..
The lower level has a second living room area with a very large TV and a wall of books for reading while on property. The full washer/dryer area is tucked behind doors, and the downstairs Master has a California King with an en suite bathroom and another spectacular shower view.
The back yard has a fire pit & sitting area. This property will give you room to roam and time to breathe!
Parking is limited to 5 cars.
