Our exclusive holiday home "HeideFunHaus" awaits you. Here you can spend a nice time with the whole family or with friends. Here it is possible, our house offers plenty of space. There are 17 beds available, 13 adults / 4 children. Pets only on prior request. The house is located on the beautiful outskirts of Soltau, you are immediately in nature. Wonderful tours can be started from here, whether with a handcart, a Boßel tour, a bicycle tour or just a long walk. Here you are correct. A golf course and a tennis club are nearby.
Various leisure and animal parks are just a few kilometers away by car.
Sometimes you don't want to go out, or the weather doesn't cooperate. No problem either, you can really have fun in the house. We have a foosball table, a Wii, an electronic dart board, a table tennis table and many board, card and dice games. Or you can retreat to the reading corner, there is also a good selection of books for readers of all ages.
How about a "Woman don't annoy them" game for up to 12 people, there won't be a dry eye & the evening will definitely be interesting.
And the little ones don't miss out either, everyone is sure to find the right one in the selection of toys.
If the weather is nice, you can compete in table tennis. There are also other fun skill games available.
Or you can simply enjoy our infrared sauna after a relaxing day, after which all tension is gone and you are fit again.
The "HeideFunHaus" was renovated and furnished in April/May 2022.

Ground floor approx. 107 sqm: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed & 32 inch Smart TV, a children's room with bunk beds + pull-out bed for 3 children, living room 55 inch Smart TV + Wii games console, if required with a pull-out couch for 2 people, bathroom with shower Bathtub & toilet, hallway / cloakroom and a 40sqm cold winter garden with shade & fireplace. There are various board / card & dice games. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, ice maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher & all the kitchen utensils you need. 2 children's high chairs.
Basement approx. 107sqm: A large bedroom with 2 box spring beds & 43 inch smart TV. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed + pull-out bed if required (for children) bathroom with shower/toilet. A games/reading room with selection of books, electronic dart board & foosball table. An infrared sauna for 4 people. Laundry room with washer & dryer.
Also included: Free WiFi. A JBL Bluetooth box, hair dryers in each bathroom, an electronic safe. 2 women's & 2 men's bikes. Towels, bath towels & sauna towels are available. A large selection of spices. All necessary cleaning products. A limited amount of charcoal and firewood and Nespresso Vertuo capsules. fans. Washing machines & dryers.
For safety: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blankets.
Outdoor area: table tennis table, boccia, badminton, carts & Boßel balls, various throwing games, Velcro darts, or giant "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" for outside

For children = pirate play tower with slide and swings, sandbox with toys, large and small kettcar, 2 bobby cars.
There are 2-3 car parking spaces on the property and a parking space in front of the house. E-cars can be charged at a 220 volt socket with a kWh meter for a fee. Please register beforehand.
We have a key safe, you can always enter the house if it gets late. We live close by if there are any problems.
