Summary: Very good cost-benefit ratio. Very kind people from the Niemann family. Simple, clean, quiet and friendly, bus stop is 100m away and a 20 min ride downtown. If you are coming to the technology park it’s an 8 min walk. It was unfortunate although understanding that the restaurant was closed for the week.
