After our success with the house Lena 1 with meanwhile almost 50 reviews (all 5 stars), the house Lena 2 is now available for booking!
In the house you will find a tastefully modern furnished on approximately 80 square meters of living space. The house was completely renovated in 2016 and made everything new.
The lower area (living room and kitchen) is completely open with direct access to the terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden. In the living room is a cozy leather couch (3 and 2) and a large flat screen TV. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to COOK
The separate bedroom has a 180x200 large box spring bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a barrier-free walk-in XXL shower!
In the attic are then still 2 sleep / children's room!
In one we have a 140x200 bed with a small flat screen.
In the other a 90x200 bed (which can be pulled out again on another 90x200) and a cot made of wood.
On the terrace garden chairs and a large table waiting for you and a 5x3 meter awning. In our self-created beach you have 2 sun loungers available!
In addition, there is a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with separate toilet and a storage room with 2 bicycles, a beach chair on wheels (you can place this anywhere) and an electric WEBER-GRILL for cozy evenings available.
The large garden (400m ²) is at your sole disposal, this is ideal for children!
Directly in front of the house are two parking spaces.
